Our past proceedure has been to post -verbatim - BJPC meeting minutes from January 2009 onwards. we now consider that it is unnecessary and superfluous as the Council has now launched its own website which included their postings of the Council's and their Sub Committees's meetings.

Our opinion is that these official BJPC minutes do not always include the depth of detail and clarity many of our community would prefer to see. We therefore have decided to attend and post our own observations of certain BJPC meetings. We have already started this trend by adding the BJ Online interpretation of the

"Annual Parish Meeting - 19th May 2009" which the BJPC will not be posting until 2010 ?

However we have already posted the BJOnline interpretation of the event at the beginning of the BJPC section

We begin our posting with
